So, you are an event planner and you want to create the most memborable (convention)(fund raiser)(annual meeting) your attendees have ever experienced. The following is one of many possible agendas:


9:00
AM
Shuttle bus stopped at curb
Morning time, after breakfast, everybody meets in the lobby of your Denver hotel. From any 16th Street shuttle location you take the free shuttle ride to the Broadway Station.

Walk southeast (half block) across Colfax Avenue to our beautiful Colorado State Capitol Building. Take an informative (free) tour of the Colorado Capitol (to schedule a tour, call 303-866-2604).

After the tour, walk southeast, across the street to the Scottish Rite Masonic Center (look for the big blue sign on the side of our building.)

Once inside this historic building, usher your group to the beautiful dining hall for refreshments, lunch, a reception, bathroom breaks, and then a tour of the buiding.

Next meet in the auditorium for a presentation, or a ceremony, or announcements, or recoginition, or whatever you would like to do.
